Assign a picture

The window that assigns an image: to a horse, to your avatar or to your clan. It opens from the card concerned, or from the My avatar card of your account.

Two possibilities

Choosing from your library. The window displays your images of the right category — those in the Horse category for a horse, Avatar for you, Clan for a clan — and each carries a Choose button. One click, and it is done.

Uploading a new image. A link opens the upload window, and the image is assigned in the same movement: see Upload an image.

The library lives apart, and an image stays available there for other uses: see My pictures.

Two things to know before being surprised

Propagation takes time. The new image can take a few hours to show everywhere and for everybody. You will often see it before the others, and sometimes the old one will survive on a given page: there is nothing to redo, it is normal.

It is not the coat. For a horse, the picture illustrates its card; the colours under which it races remain those of its coat, chosen at birth and final. See The horses.
