Legal notes

A reading window, which displays one of the game's three documents.

• The privacy policy: what data the game keeps, why, for how long, and what you can require concerning it.
• The legal notes: who publishes the site and how to reach them.
• The conditions of use: the rules you accepted when registering, and those of sale for purchases.

All three open from the Terms and legal notes card of your account: see My account. The conditions are also accessible at the top of each purchase page.

Which to read, and when

Nobody reads these documents for pleasure, but two moments make them useful.

Before a purchase, the conditions of sale: what you are buying, what is refundable and what is not.

When you wonder what the game knows about you, the privacy policy. That is also where your rights of access and deletion are described — and the game in fact offers account deletion directly in My account.

If the terms change

You are told of it on the dashboard, and they have to be accepted again. The warning is not blocking there, but it is on a purchase page. See Terms and conditions.
