Dashboard

Your home page: the one you land on when you log in, and the one that tells you what there is to do.

It is not a summary of your stable — the statistics are elsewhere. It is a list of things pending, and a line disappears from it as soon as it is dealt with. An empty dashboard is good news.

Coming back to it

Through the logo, at the top of the menu. And it carries a badge with the total number of alerts: so you know there is something to see without having to open the page.

In the bar presentation, the logo opens a little menu leading to the three general pages — Dashboard, the world you are on, and the connected players.

What you find there, from top to bottom

After the greeting — which specifies, if you are managing somebody else's account, which account it is — come the alert messages, then the lines to click.

The warnings

  • First steps: a button that launches the tutorial for creating your first horse. It only appears as long as you own no horse, and disappears for good afterwards.
  • The terms and conditions have changed: a link that opens the new version to accept it. Nothing is blocked in the meantime, but you may as well do it at once.
  • Your e-mail address is not confirmed: to be settled in My account, failing which you will not be able to recover your password.
  • Communication ban: its end date, and the reason. See the game's principles.

The stable costs

The most important block for an owner, and it takes four forms depending on your situation:

  • Without a subscription: the number of horses beyond the ten free ones, the amount that will be taken, and in how many hours. The deduction takes place at night, at 4 o'clock.
  • Subscriber beyond his quota: the name of your formula, the excess and the daily costs, with a link to move up to a higher formula.
  • Subscriber within his quota: the end date of your subscription.
  • Subscription near its end: the same date, highlighted, with a link to extend it.

The figures announced here are calculated exactly like the real deduction, not approximated: what the page announces is what will be debited. See ownership.

The alerts to deal with

Each one carries a counter and leads straight to the screen where you act. They only appear if the counter is not zero.

  • your messages to read;
  • the joining requests to your clan, if you are a recruiter;
  • the horses offered as a reserved purchase;
  • the trainer's contracts you are offered;
  • the jockey's contracts you are offered;
  • the mating requests you are offered;
  • the news you have not read.

Reserved purchases and mating requests have a deadline: those are the alerts not to let drag on, because once the time has passed the opportunity is lost.

Two lines that are not alerts

The number of races your horses took part in over the last 24 hours, and the number of bets you placed. No alert icon: nothing to deal with, it is a summary, and the links lead to the results.

The mating deadline

That one is always displayed, even when there is nothing to do, because it governs a breeder's whole calendar: a foal can only be born on the first of a month, and the mating has to be done twenty days before. The line gives both dates, and turns into an alert when less than 24 hours are left.

When the month's deadline has passed, the line switches by itself to the following month. See breeding.

The counters always say the same thing as the menu

That is no accident: the two read the same calculation. If the menu announces three messages, the dashboard announces three. You can therefore rely on either one indifferently.

At the foot of the page

A card lets you go back to version 6 of the game, for those who prefer it.
