Joining requests
The applications and invitations waiting, for the clan.
This screen exists only for the recruiters and the owner: the menu entry does not even appear to the other members. It carries a counter, which is also taken up in your dashboard — it is the signal that there is somebody to deal with.
The two directions of one same list
The Direction of the request column is the first thing to read, because it changes what you can do:
- Request received: a player has applied to you. You can accept or refuse it.
- Invitation sent: you are the one who invited that player, and they have not answered. You can only refuse, which cancels your invitation.
The menu counter adds up both. An invitation left unanswered therefore keeps it going, and there is only one way of switching it off: withdrawing it.
Accepting
The player enters the clan immediately, at Member level. Nothing else to do: all their other pending applications are erased at the same moment, including those addressed to other clans.
Think too of what their arrival changes: the clan's horse quota rises by ten, and the ranking will count one more active member.
Refusing
The request disappears, and that is all. The player is not told: no message goes out, neither for a refusal nor for a withdrawn invitation. It is deliberate — a refusal does not deserve an automatic letter — but it means that if you want to explain your decision, it is up to you to write to the player from their card.
A refusal forbids nothing: the player can apply again the next day.
Inviting somebody
That is not done from here, but from the player's card: if you are a recruiter and they have no clan, an Invite link appears next to their Clan line. They then receive an internal message containing a link that takes them straight to their requests page.
The invitation is then displayed here, waiting, until they answer or you withdraw it.
Before saying yes
The username leads to the applicant's card. There you see how long they have been playing, their horses, their medals — enough to tell an active player from an account created the day before. A clan is judged by its members, and it is on this screen that this is decided.
