Have a 5yo (Bezir) purchased from sales which has only gained 100 points in 6 days training, this compared to a 1yo that in same time has gained 650 pts. Although former is supp latter speed.
This is nuts, by that slow progress the older horse could take another 100 days to max out on stats so would be 8yrs old.
Maybe it's meant to be that slow but if not maybe the game needs to have some sort of default progression if horses are maxed on stats being trained (I'm guessing the horse probably got left on speed training or something)
Or better still as you don't have time to check 00s of horses every day being able to set up training changes ahead of time in some way to switch once a training is redundant, for example if training speed +++ to switch to something once speed is maxed.
Or something else to resolve as horses can seem to get pretty much stuck on green stats taking forever to max out (do they gain less if older?).

I've also just noticed in Almina three horses that have not gained any obedience (they still have birth stats), says this is gained by tests run by jockey, am I missing something I need to do or is this a bug? It's saying max in training lists for some horses when sp-r-su is maxed so is it not adding to obedience if other stats have maxed but should be?

...some in Bezir too, does seem like may be a bug as so far all the ones stuck at birth stats for Obedience for adult stats have maxed out on other stats so does seem to stop training obedience if this is the case maybe, i.e. if speed, res, supp maxed it counts horse as fully trained even if obed hasn't maxed and obed gets stuck?

Solved the obedience problem, had forgotten about the tests. Seems if other stats are maxed you have to run a test to boost obedience. Still has problem that very slow if hasn't been done and need to catch a horse up, so maybe stats should progress slowly if 'forgotten' in this way so the gap's not so huge, obviously less than with proper training, but just enough so they don't take forever to recover?

A training that increases the speed of a yearling horse by 100 per day will increase the speed of a 2-3-4 year old horse by 150 and again by 100 for a horse of 5 years or older). Remember to activate automatic test for the horse. And to get 100 points put the correct training With the right combination 100 becomes 120 and 150 becomes 180, but not for a single value (i.e. only V or only R).. obedience is 50 points a day on almina and bezir
