Buy subscription
The subscription. For a settled player it is the most useful purchase in the game, and for one precise reason: it raises the number of horses you may keep without paying care costs.
Without a subscription you are on the free plan — the game calls it Micro Team — and entitled to ten horses. Beyond that, care costs are charged every day, and the rate rises in bands: see Being an owner.
The four plans

The longer the term, the cheaper the month: the page shows the equivalent monthly price under the amount. A year of Mini team works out at less than €0.85 a month, against €1.80 month by month.
What a subscription brings
- The horse ceiling, and exemption from care costs within that limit. That is the main thing.
- Sulkies every day, paid automatically — on top of the 8,000 for your first connection of the day, and at another time of day.
- The lifting of the communication quotas: a non-subscriber is limited to ten messages, one forum conversation and ten replies per 24 hours. See My messages.
- Small ads, which are for subscribers only.
- Kdo points: 5 per euro paid — except through Allopass, which gives none. See Use my kdo points.
The sum is worth doing: if you are already paying care costs, a subscription often pays for itself in sulkies saved, before even counting the daily payment.
The four steps
1. Your country, which governs the payment methods available. 2. The plan. 3. The payment method — the same as for sulkies: PayPal, Skrill, Allopass, bank transfer, and cheque in France. 4. The term, from one month to one year.
As with every purchase, a link gives the terms and conditions, and amended rules must be accepted before going on.
If you are already a subscriber
The page no longer offers a choice of plan: you may only extend the same one, and the purchase is added to the time remaining — nothing is lost if you buy again before expiry.
To move up or down a plan, a link opens the change of plan window, which converts what you have left.
When it ends
You receive a message seven days before, then on the day itself, and the dashboard shows the expiry date. After that you return to Micro Team: horses beyond ten become chargeable again, without anything being seized — but the account can empty fast if the stable is large. See Dashboard.
